Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, hall or region, and login credentials.
• Payments: M-Pesa numbers, paybill details, receipts, withdrawals (B2C and B2B), and amounts credited to owners.
• Orders: delivery contacts, tracking numbers, and proof of payment.
• Devices: table names, status, unlocks, games played, and maintenance tickets.
• Messages you send through the contact form or in-app support.

How we use it

We use this data to collect play over M-Pesa, split revenue, process withdrawals, maintain units, fulfil orders, and answer support. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Safaricom (M-Pesa), our IoT platform for table hardware, and Pooltrex staff who operate billing, maintenance, and support. We share only what those parties need to do that work.

Retention

We keep account, payment, and device records for as long as you use Pooltrex and as long as Kenyan tax, anti-money-laundering, and dispute rules require. Contact messages are kept to handle the request and for a reasonable follow-up period.

Your choices
